Your feedback

We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve.  Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.

I would like to thank Mr. Cole, and his staff for the compassionate way they helped us after my Father-in- Law, Roy H. Parrish Sr., died. It is so difficult going through the death of a loved one, but Mr. Carl, Shane, and all the other staff at Cole's made this process much more bearable. To say I was impressed at the care, concern, and professionalism is an understatement. They listened to what my Mother-in-Law wanted and provided such caring service. I just had to write this and share with others who may be considering using their services. This is definitely more than a business to this family. They put their heart into what they do, and it surely shows! May God Bless You All at Cole's Funeral Home. We were blessed to have you help us during our time of need.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Carl Cole and the staff at Cole Funeral Home for the superb way in which they handled my husband’s funeral arrangements.
When I met with Mr. Cole, he assured me that he would take care of everything to my satisfaction. Due to the nature of my husband’s prolonged illness I was under a tremendous amount of stress and completely exhausted. I was happy to learn that planning a funeral was not a long, drawn-out process. Mr. Cole’s manner of making arrangements was quite simple. He showed me several plans that included everything that I needed in order to make a wise decision. The whole experience was stress free.
Mr. Cole’s self-sacrificing spirit reminded me of the words spoken about Noah recorded at Gen. 6:22 where it was said that “he did just so” concerning the outstanding way that he carried out the tasks set before him. Mr. Cole did likewise.
In Ephesians 4:7-12 the Apostle Paul spoke of various gifts in men. Some were apostles, some prophets and some were teachers. In my opinion, Mr. Cole has been given the gift of ministering to bereaved families.
I would like to applaud Mr. Cole’s organizational skills. 1 Corinthians 14:40 states: “Let all things take place decently and by arrangement.” This was exactly my experience with Cole Funeral Home. I would like to encourage anyone who feels uneasy talking about funeral planning to meet Mr. Cole. He will treat you with the utmost respect, dignity, and compassion. Perhaps, as in my case, you will no longer dread discussing funeral arrangements.
Mr. Cole promised to take care of everything to my satisfaction. I say with conviction. He did just so!

This is a thank you to Cole Funeral Home and S.C. Hospice. Recently, during the passing of my mother-in-law, our family came to realize how lucky we are to have these two businesses in Aiken.
The Hospice group became a part of our family and guided us through this difficult time. Mr. Cole’s caring and professional employees exceeded our expectations.
Again, thank you so much for being there when we needed you.

When my sister passed away earlier this year, we chose Cole Funeral Home to handle her service.
Even though this funeral home is fairly new and located on University Parkway, and us living on the Southside, we found no inconvenience with making arrangements for the service.
Cole Funeral Home is a full-service funeral home with a chapel. Carl was there for us, doing everything he could do to accommodate our family’s wishes.
I know our sister would have been pleased with her service. Thank you, Carl, for handling our every need with care and compassion. We were very satisfied with the arrangements you helped us make during the difficult time of losing a family member.
Carl also helped us choose and order the headstone. When the marker was ready, just a few weeks later, Carl was there personally to oversee the placing of the stone.
Cole Funeral Home will be there for your family as they were for mine.

Too many times in this world people just pass you by without giving a thought. In an unexpected time when a loved one passes and you do no know where to turn, we found someone who cared in Carl and Cindy Cole of Cole Funeral Home.
Because of our mom’s deteriorating condition, she had to be moved from Aiken Regional Medical Centers to Pitt County Hospital in Greenville, N.C. It was there in Greenville that our loving mother passed away a few months ago, after fighting a courageous battle with two heart surgeries back-to-back.
Our family had received information about the Cole family business and decided to take a chance. It was the best decision we have ever made. The very next day, after receiving our phone call, Cole’s staff was waiting at Pitt County Hospital to bring our mother home. Without any delays, problems or concerns, our family did not have to deal with anything. He walked alongside of us allowing us to make decisions that were necessary to complete her arrangements.
Not only do they go out of their way with affordable funeral packages but they also offer a DVD in loving memory of your loved one and a special gift of a beautiful 16” x 20” recreated laser ink painting of your loved one. This caring gesture added warmth to our hearts.
As difficult as it is when making funeral arrangements, Carl and Cindy of Cole Funeral Home did not leave our family’s side, helping us accomplish what was needed and lifting some of the pain and burden.
From our family to Carl and Cindy Cole, we want to say a very special thank you for your professionalism and sensitivity during our time of need.

We would like to give everyone a little history on Cole Funeral Home, located on University Parkway.
Carl, the owner, is our nephew. When Bill’s oldest brother, Gordon Carl Cole Jr. passed away in August 1977, Carl had just graduated from high school. He, despite the early death of his father, went on to Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta. After graduation in March of 1979, Carl was hired by the George Brothers. They taught him the business that Carl already had “natural” talent for.
After their passing, Carl worked under Joe McClellan at George Funeral Home until Carl moved on. Carl stayed in the area in the funeral business except for a few years at MCG; then back to the greater Augusta area. His desire was to have his own funeral home, which he made possible almost five years ago.
If you don’t know Bill Cole, he retired from the Highway Patrol in 1996, then worked for the County until 2002. He helps Carl with the funeral home. We want folks to know the most professional job is always done.
An example of that: When my mother passed in 1990, Carl made my mom look like she never had cancer and was 10 years younger in age, so I remember my Mom looking beautiful not eaten up with cancer.
Check with Carl, our nephew, for your funeral services as he usually has unbeatable prices. We are proud of what Carl is doing and just want everyone else to know what a wonderful, professional person he is.

I want to express my Sincere Appreciation on how Mr. Carl Cole and all his staff handled my husband, Ronald O. Eubanks funeral. My husband went to be with his Lord on January 13,2014.

Mr. Cole took care of all the arrangements like we wanted them to be. Mr. Cole was so very helpful to my whole family during our time of making funeral arrangements. Mr. Cole made everything so simple and easy for us to understand.

Mr. Carl Cole handles his funeral's just like Albert George did. He makes you feel like family and shows every one how much he cares for you during this difficult time. He gives great advice to the family. One thing that I really appreciate is that he does not try to pressure you in to spending lots of money.

I can not find the words to tell Mr. Cole how much my whole family appreciated all he did for us. My husband wanted him and I plan for him to handle my funeral if he is still here in Aiken, South Carolina when I die.
